Terms of
Service.

These terms govern your use of bosonik.com. By continuing to use the site, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the site. The website provides general information about Bosonik and does not by itself create a client, employment, partnership, or advisory relationship.

Website content is provided for general information and may change. Descriptions of capabilities, representative case studies, careers, locations, or future services are not binding offers or guarantees. Any engagement is subject to a separate written agreement signed by authorised parties. Positions marked closed or upcoming are not open vacancies.

You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with availability, introduce malicious code, scrape it in a way that harms the service, impersonate another person, submit unlawful material, or use the contact form for spam. Reasonable indexing by legitimate search engines is permitted.

Unless stated otherwise, Bosonik owns or licenses the website design, text, graphics, generated imagery, software, and branding. You may view and print reasonable portions for personal or internal evaluation. You may not reproduce, publish, sell, or create misleading derivative materials without permission. Third-party marks remain the property of their owners.

The site may link to or embed services operated by third parties, including Google Maps, reCAPTCHA, GitHub, LinkedIn, X, and email providers. Those services have their own terms, availability, and privacy practices. A link does not imply endorsement, control, or responsibility for third-party content.

We aim to keep the site useful, accessible, and secure, but it is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise that every page will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, or suitable for a particular decision. You should obtain appropriate professional advice before relying on general website information.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that limitation, Bosonik is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of the public website. Any liability connected with paid services will be governed by the applicable written client agreement.

These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the Netherlands, with disputes handled by the competent Dutch courts unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise. We may update these terms as the website and company develop. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply.

Questions about these terms may be sent to [email protected]. Formal company, registration, and registered-office information will be added when available. Last updated: 8 August 2026.
